Ring Sizing
The ring I ordered does not fit, can I get it resized?
Yes! If a ring does not fit and needs to be resized, send it back and we will resize it for you at no charge. You will need to pay for the shipping cost only. Please get in touch with us to initiate the process.
What if I don't know my ring size?
We recommend you getting sized at a local jeweler. If that isn't an option and as we offer ring sizing services the best thing to do would be cut a thin strip of paper and wrap the strip of paper around your finger. Ensure that the paper is placed below the finger and close enough to your knuckle. Mark the area where the strip meets, then use the ruler to measure the distance.
