Production Time

Every jewel is handcrafted to order so please allow 7-9 days for your piece to be made before it is shipped to you from our studio based in Bangkok, Thailand. 

Free Worldwide Shipping

All international parcels are sent via FedEx or UPS (express, tracked and insured) from Bangkok, Thailand. We will provide tracking numbers as soon as the package is ready to ship. Please make sure the postal details entered are correct.

Estimated delivery time worldwide for all parcels is 2-4 business days. 

Shipping is free to all destinations.

If you require delivery of a piece by a certain date, we will always do our best to accommodate you and have your jewel delivered to you in time. Please contact us at before placing your order so that we can confirm and meet your deadline.  

If you encounter issues with your order please get in touch with us as soon as possible. 

Taxes, customs and duty

Buyers are responsible for any duty, import or customs charges that you may incur for packages coming from Bangkok, Thailand. Please be informed of your country's policies before placing your order, these are in no way controlled by  Joy Roze Fine Jewelry and are the responsibility of the buyer upon delivery. 


  • Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 3 days of delivery. Dispatch items back within 7 days of delivery. 

  • Any changes to orders after 24 hours will be subject to a $50 change fee. 

  • 10% restocking fee will apply to all returns.

  • Custom and personalized orders are not eligible for return or, exchange.

  • One of a kind items, including items from the 'raw collection' are not eligible for return or exchange. 
  • Items that have been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered will not be accepted for return.

  • Items with a value greater than USD 1000 are non-refundable and will not be accepted for return.

  • Taxes, customs and duty fees are non-refundable. 
  • All discounted, layaway and on sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. 
  • Packages marked as 'return to sender' due to the buyer refused delivery or unavailable for delivery are non-refundable and the buyer will pay all return shipping and handling costs. 

Conditions of returns: Buyers are responsible for return postage costs and the item(s) must be returned in its original condition with all original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Duty and import taxes are non-refundable. We are not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. 

We reserve the right to refuse any returned packages we deem as not in sellable condition, damaged, altered or used. 

Please contact us to confirm your order is eligible for return and to initiate the return process. Customer is responsible for shipping charges and we recommend FedEx or UPS. Please ship your item(s) Only after discussing your return with us.

We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise that does not meet our return policy guidelines. 

A refund will be issued when the item is received in its original, unworn condition. Refunds will be given less shipping costs.
